Where does the data come from?

Public video and channel metadata plus public comments, retrieved through the official YouTube Data API v3. We never scrape private data and never fabricate comments.

Version 1 focuses entirely on YouTube so the analysis is deep rather than shallow. The platform layer is built as an abstraction, so additional networks can be added without rebuilding the product.

Is any of the output made up?

No. Insights are generated from the retrieved comments. The only synthetic content is our clearly labeled Demo Data mode, which always carries a visible label.

Yes — analyses, projects, saved reports and history are tied to your account. The free trial is enough to try the product properly.

What are the free trial limits?

The trial gives you 5,000 comments over 14 days, with up to 2,500 comments per analysis. There is no permanent free tier. Your usage is shown in the dashboard, and you'll see an upgrade prompt as you approach the limit.

How are plans metered?

Plans are metered in comments analyzed. Each plan includes a monthly comment allowance and a maximum number of comments per analysis, so a small study uses few comments and a large brand study uses more. Allowances reset at the start of every billing period and do not roll over. A failed analysis is never charged.

What do the plans cost?

Starter is $29/month for 20,000 comments, Growth $49/month for 60,000 (recommended), Agency $99/month for 150,000 and Business $199/month for 250,000, with annual billing available at a discount. Enterprise is custom. If you only need one study, a single report is $7.99 as a one-time payment.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your saved analyses always stay in your account.

How is my data protected?

Authentication and password storage are handled by our authentication provider — we never store your password. Your analyses are protected by row-level security so only your account can read them, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Account settings include a one-click export of your data and permanent account deletion.
