1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harass, dox or target individuals.
• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or platform API terms.
• Do not resell raw platform data retrieved through the service.

3. Plans and limits

Every account starts on a limited free trial with a fixed analysis allowance that does not renew. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time.

4. Data and third parties

Analyses rely on third-party platform APIs and AI models. Availability, quotas and accuracy of those services are outside our control, and insights are provided for guidance rather than as guaranteed fact.

5. Intellectual property

You own the analyses and reports you generate. We own the software, models configuration and branding used to produce them.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the terms of the platforms we integrate with.
