Protected material

Where legally applicable, the following are the proprietary intellectual property of Voxlyt:

• The Voxlyt software, source code and server-side application logic.
• Our analysis methodology, scoring, ranking and recommendation logic.
• System prompts, evaluation rubrics and report structures.
• The Voxlyt name, logo, wordmark and visual identity.
• Original UI assets, illustrations, layouts and copy.

Your content and your reports

You keep the rights to the inputs you provide. Reports generated for your account may be used freely inside your organisation and with your clients. Reselling Voxlyt outputs as a competing analysis product, or using them to train a competing model, is not permitted.

Third-party content

Comments, video metadata and channel information remain the property of their respective owners and platforms, and are processed under those platforms' API terms.

Restrictions

• No copying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the service.
• No use of our branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• No extraction of internal prompts, algorithms or business rules.
