What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, avatar and role you select during onboarding.
- Usage data: number of analyses run, plan limits and timestamps.
- Content you create: analyses, projects, saved reports and preferences.
- Public platform data retrieved for your analyses (e.g. public YouTube comments and metadata).
What we never store
We do not store your password. Authentication credentials are handled by our authentication provider using industry-standard hashing and secure session tokens.
How we use it
- To run and re-display your analyses.
- To enforce plan limits and provide support.
- To send transactional email such as verification and password resets.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers required to operate Voxlyt (hosting, database/auth, AI processing and platform APIs).
Your controls
- View and edit your profile at any time.
- Export all of your data as JSON from account settings.
- Delete your account permanently, which removes your profile and content.
- Turn off product and notification emails in preferences.
Security
Data is protected by row-level security so only your account can read your content. Sessions use secure tokens, and you can sign out of all devices at any time.
